When is the sale?
The Big Bared Sale starts at 3:00 PM Monday, 17 August 2026 (PDT) and ends at 11:59 PM Thursday, 20 August 2026 (PDT).
What are the terms and conditions of the sale?
Sale prices are as marked. The sale is online only (not valid in-store) and available only during the promotional period: 3:00 PM Monday, 17 August 2026 (PDT) until 11:59 PM Thursday, 20 August 2026 (PDT). Items discounted by more than 10% can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, but are not eligible for a refund. Sale prices will be honoured for size exchanges, even after the promotional period has ended. Exchanges for an alternative style or colour will be charged at full price once the promotional period ends, so please keep in mind that there will be a price difference to pay. 'Final Sale' items are final and not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount code and are not available on accessories, shoe care, gift cards, or selected items on pre-order. No lay-bys or rain-checks are available. Store credits are not transferable.
Is the sale applicable sitewide?
Yes, the sale is applicable to all Women’s and Mens shoes. Accessories and shoe care are excluded from the sale.
How do I receive a discount during the sale?
All shoes will be individually reduced in price on our website. Simply add the product to your cart and proceed to check out. There is no discount code to further reduce items, the sale is NOT in conjunction with any other offer.
Is the store open during the sale?
All stores will be open and trading regular hours during the sale, however, the sale is online only and will not be available in-store.
Can I use my health professional discount during sale?
Yes, you can use your health professional discount during the sale. Just add your items to cart as normal, and at checkout we’ll automatically apply the best available discount to your selected products
