It is worth noting that our stores can get busy, so to keep you, your dog and all our customers happy and comfortable, please:
- Keep your dog on a lead and close to you at all times
- Keep an eye on them around other customers, our team and our displays
- Be mindful that not everyone is comfortable around dogs, and give other customers appropriate space
If our team thinks the store is too busy for your dog to be accommodated, you may be asked to wait a little or come back at a quieter time. Please be understanding if this occurs, our priority is maintaining the comfort of all our customers so that everyone can enjoy a positive and successful shopping experience.
