We’re so glad you’ve received your On Loan shoes! Once you’ve had a chance to try them on and decide which pair(s) you’d like to keep, choose the option below that best fits your situation:
Returning both your On Loan and original order (not keeping anything).
Returning your On Loan order only (keeping your original order).
Returning your original order in exchange for one or more On Loan items.

If none of your pairs were quite the right fit and you’d like to return them, here’s what to do:
When your On Loan pairs were sent, you should have received an email from info@refundid.com containing your return label (it includes your original order number).
This single label can be used for both your original and On Loan pairs - it covers up to 22kg in one parcel, so you can securely tape multiple shoe boxes or satchels together. We do this all the time and it works perfectly!
If you can’t find the email with the return label, reach out to our Customer Service Team, and they’ll resend the label for you.
Please also let them know how you’d like us to process your original order once the return arrives (refund, store credit, or exchange).
Place your unwanted pair(s) in the biodegradable bag or box they arrived in (or use your own). Please ensure the shoebox is protected - it’s part of the product.
Print your return label at home or have it printed at the drop-off location, then attach it securely, covering any old labels.
Drop your parcel off. Once your return reaches Bared HQ, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We’ll email you once it’s complete.
Returning your On Loan order only (keeping your original order).
If you’re keeping your original order and returning your On Loan pairs, simply lodge your return via the Returns Portal using your On Loan order number (it will start with EXCH-).
Place your unwanted pair(s) in the biodegradable bag or box they arrived in (or use your own). Please ensure the shoebox is protected - it’s part of the product.
Print your return label at home or have it printed at the drop-off location, then attach it securely, covering any old labels.
Drop your parcel off. Once your return reaches Bared HQ, we will remove any additional pairs from your account.
If you can’t find the email with the return label, reach out to our Customer Service Team, and they’ll resend the label for you.
Returning your original order in exchange for one or more On Loan items.
If one or more of your On Loan pairs worked out and you’d like to finalise your exchange, here’s how to do it:

You can use the return label you already received from info@refundid.com. Re-use the compostable postage bag your order arrived in - just pop your boxed shoes inside and seal it using the second sticky strip.
If you can’t find the email with the return label, reach out to our Customer Service Team, and they’ll resend the label for you.
