We are only able to reimburse approved repairs. Please reach out to our Customer Service team before getting your shoes repaired. Once approved by our team and your repair has been finalised by your local cobbler, you will need to retain a copy of our receipt and we will provide options on how we can reimburse you for your repair.
We have a few options for you on how we process your reimbursement.
- We can provide you with a Bared store credit, the best part is that the store credits never expire and you can put them towards your next dream shoe.
- Or if you prefer a refund, we can reimburse you via a previous order (within 120 days of the purchase)
- If your last purchase is outside of 120 days, we can send the funds via PayPal.
