- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.
- We cover return shipping costs for all customers.
Full-price Purchases:
For full-price orders, or orders discounted by 10% or less, you can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit with an added $50 bonus (one bonus per order) when opting for store credit. To arrange a return for a full price item, please request to speak with a team member or get in touch here.
Please note, $50 bonus credit is not applicable to accessories or shoe care.
Sale Purchases:
Sale purchases with a discount of more than 10% can be returned for a store credit, or exchanged. No refunds.
Size exchanges (no colour or style change) will have sale price honoured.
Style/colour exchanges will be charged at full price. Please keep in mind that there will be a price difference to pay.
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
