Store Credit and Gift Cards are treated separately at Bared.
Store Credits are housed on the 'My Details' page of your Bared account. These can be viewed when you are logged in via our website.
Gift Cards are a specific code that will be shared with you via email. Only you can view these codes, we cannot view them (for privacy reasons).
Store Credit
Your store credit balance is located in your Bared Account on our website. Once you’re logged into your Bared account, navigate to the My Details page, you available store credit will appear on this page.
Gift Card
For security purposes, all Gift Card codes will now be emailed to you. If you can't locate your Gift Card or want to check your gift card balance, contact our Customer Service Team by Live Chat.
Select the option Store Credit/Gift Card Balance and Code Inquiries and follow the steps to arrange for your gift card to be re-emailed to you.
