What is your Click and Collect process?
At Bared, we’re pleased to offer a convenient Click and Collect service through our online checkout—available when your selected item is in stock at your chosen store.
Here’s how it works:
- Add your desired Bared shoes to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and, at the shipping step, select Click and Collect.
- If the item is available at your preferred store, you’ll see the Click and Collect option. If it’s not in stock at that location, the option won’t appear.
Once your Click and Collect order is placed, our in-store team will prepare it for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup—then simply visit the store to collect your shoes.
Can I use Click & Collect if the shoes are not available at my local store?
No, Click and Collect is only available on stock that is already at the desired location for collection.
Can I return an item purchased via Click & Collect and receive a refund?
Yes you can! Click and Collect orders follow the same return policy as online orders. They can be returned in store or via post.
What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?
All items ordered through our Click and Collect service are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure the availability of the items you ordered, there may be instances where items are out of stock at your selected Click & Collect store location.
If this happens, our Customer Service team will reach out and let you know what options we have available for you.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
After you’ve placed your order online, wait to hear from us. Depending on the time of order placement, your order will be ready the same day or the next day.
When your order is ready, we’ll send you an email notification or SMS.

Same Day
Order before 2 pm for same day collection.
Next Day
Any orders placed after 2 pm will be ready to collect the next day during your selected store's opening hours.
We don't want you to head in store and be disappointed that your order isn't ready for collection.
If you haven't received an email confirmation to advise that your click and collect item is ready for collection, please reach out to customer service to receive an update on when your order will be ready for collection.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
When you get to your local Bared store, say hello to one of our friendly team members and they’ll grab your order. Please have your order confirmation and photo ID ready, and then next-level comfort is all yours!
