Why can’t we hold orders?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your order is confirmed, it moves through our system automatically, and we cannot make changes to the dispatch timeline.
What are my options?
If you won’t be available to receive your order, we recommend:
- Placing your order closer to your return date to ensure timely delivery.
- Using a parcel collection service if your local courier offers one.
- Providing an alternate delivery address where someone can receive the parcel for you.
