Our delivery times are a guide only and there may be delays with your delivery during peak periods. Events like public holidays, busy sale periods, postal service delays or unexpected factors such as severe weather might impact your delivery time. While these delays are beyond our control, we apologise for any inconvenience and assure you that we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We will email you tracking updates to let you know when your order is dispatched, in transit, and out for delivery. We aim to have all orders dispatched within two business days of you placing your order.
Standard Post: 3 – 7 business days
Express Post: 2 – 4 business days.

- During peak sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.
- You may receive more than one parcel as our stock is spread across multiple locations. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders after they have been placed.
