Please note, if you’ve ordered multiple pairs of shoes your items may be shipped separately, depending on the location of the stock. It takes up to two business days for us to ship all orders (outside of sale and promotional periods) - please wait for this timeframe to elapse before you start to worry!

If your order has been shipped from our New Zealand using New Zealand Post, once it clears Australian customs it will be handed over to Australia Post for delivery. Please use your New Zealand Post tracking number on the Australia Post website to track your delivery.
