If your order has been delivered and signed for, yet it is not your signature on the proof of a delivery document, please contact our customer service team and they will lodge an investigation with the carrier to ascertain the whereabouts of your parcel. You can find the tracking number in your order confirmation email.
If there have been no physical scans on your order for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll further investigate.
