How to Submit a request for faulty/damaged products
- Head to our Submit a request form here
- Fill in the details and select 'Product Enquiry' as your category

Under 'Nature of enquiry' choose 'Faulty or damaged product enquiry'
- Please also include photos of the fault within 'Attachments' to help us assess the situation and provide you with prompt resolution.
Once you've submitted your request, our customer service team will reach out to you via the email address you supplied as soon as possible.
